LVPA is committed to promote the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct in the valuation profession. Principles of integrity, excellence in the profession and towards stakeholders, diversity in views and opinions, as well as inclusion are at the core of our mission.

LVPA aims to promote the adoption and contribute to the development of internationally well-recognized valuation standards structuring the valuation profession and practice.

Our group seeks to provide practical guidelines and harmonizing community-driven market best practices to local market participants in interpreting and implementing valuation standards.

We have adopted the Code of Ethical Principles for Professional Valuers as established by International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) for the purpose of achieving the objectives described above.
